The Costa Blanca has much to offer the visitor. The coastline stretches from Denia in the North to Pilar de la Horadada in the South and is a mixture of magnificant sandy beaches, charming coves and rugged cliffs where one can enjoy a lazy day on the beach or any of the many water sports on offer up and down the coast from sailing and windsurfing to diving and snorkelling. Dotted along the coastline are numerous towns and villages including the quaint old village of Altea popular with artists for decades, traditional Spanish port towns such as Denia and the large, bustling towns of Benidorm and Alicante offering the visitor a chance to shop, explore or simply enjoy the local cuisine
Inland is a mixture of mountainous areas and wonderful valleys filled with citrus, almond and cherry trees and, of course, vineyards. Here you can take lazy lunches in the numerous bars and restaurants, explore the old towns and villages and sample the local wines in any one of the many 'Bodegas'. There are unlimited numbers of walks and bike tracks for the more active offering a chance to enjoy some of the most spectacular scenery in the whole of Spain.
